Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with 15+ years of product ownership and enterprise software delivery. I spent seven years at Hexagon as an Agile Product Owner — owning backlogs, writing user stories and epics, running sprint ceremonies with engineering teams, and shipping 10+ major releases to clients across 50+ countries.
I am strongest where product strategy, AI workflows, and rapid prototyping meet. My background lets me move from ambiguous user problems to functional prototypes, sprint-ready requirements, validation metrics, and delivery plans that engineering teams can act on without waiting for heavy documentation cycles.
At Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East, I am currently leading digital transformation initiatives focused on Engineering Digital Twin enablement and Autonomous Operations strategy for ADNOC assets. I work with AI, analytics, robotics, and Digital Twin vendors; evaluate technical approaches; and define data strategies for AI-driven decision-making. Phase 1 — Engineering Execution (2012–2016)
Delivered engineering documentation and data management for Oil & Gas EPC megaprojects. Built deep technical grounding in industrial systems, document workflows, and data validation — the foundation that makes every programme I manage technically credible and operationally realistic.
Phase 2 — Enterprise Product Ownership (2017–2024)
Joined Hexagon as a Product Owner and spent seven years managing enterprise software delivery for global clients across 50+ countries. Owned roadmaps and backlogs, translated complex technical needs into user stories, designed AI-enabled document and data workflows, shipped 10+ releases, and used prototypes and validation loops to reduce ambiguity before build.
Phase 3 — Digital Leadership in the UAE (2024–Present)
Based in Abu Dhabi as Lead – Digitalization at Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East, driving Engineering Digital Twin enablement and Autonomous Operations strategy for ADNOC. Leading vendor technical evaluations, architecting digital integration frameworks, and defining autonomous operations roadmaps — combining deep technical assessment with enterprise governance and long-term strategic alignment.
