Prashanth Thipparthi – AI & Digital Transformation Product Leader based in Abu Dhabi

About Me

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with 12+ years of product ownership and enterprise software delivery. I spent seven years at Hexagon as an Agile Product Owner — owning the backlog, writing user stories and epics, running sprint ceremonies with engineering teams, and shipping 10+ major enterprise releases to clients across 50+ countries.

My background gives me both the technical depth and the delivery discipline most PM roles need. I started in engineering, which means I can work closely with development teams and understand what is actually being built. At Hexagon, I moved into product ownership and spent years managing the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and backlog management through JIRA-based sprint delivery, QA coordination, vendor engagement, and client rollout at enterprise scale.

At Bilfinger Middle East, I am currently managing digital programme delivery and vendor coordination on active Abu Dhabi industrial projects within the ADNOC supply chain — with AI automation tools in daily use by 30–50 engineers. I am now looking for a Product Manager role where I can bring that combination of agile delivery experience, technical fluency, and stakeholder management.

Three phases. One coherent trajectory.

Phase 1 — Engineering Execution (2012–2016)

Delivered engineering documentation and data management for Oil & Gas EPC megaprojects. Built deep technical grounding in industrial systems, document workflows, and data validation — the foundation that makes every programme I manage technically credible and operationally realistic.

Phase 2 — Enterprise Product & Programme Ownership (2017–2024)

Joined Hexagon as a Product Owner and spent seven years managing enterprise software delivery for global clients across 50+ countries. Owned roadmaps, coordinated vendors and EPC partners, shipped 10+ major releases, and governed compliance-aligned rollout at scale — building structured delivery discipline across every stage.

Phase 3 — Programme Delivery in the UAE (2024–Present)

Based in Abu Dhabi, leading cross-functional digital programme delivery at Bilfinger Middle East within the ADNOC supply chain ecosystem. Coordinating stakeholders, managing vendor engagement, and governing structured rollout of AI-enabled tools on live industrial projects — translating programme requirements into auditable, measurable outcomes.

How I approach programme delivery

  • Governed delivery is not bureaucracy — it is what makes digital programmes auditable, defensible, and trusted by senior stakeholders.

  • POC scope clarity is the most critical early stage of any digital programme. Poorly scoped POCs become expensive distractions.

  • Vendor coordination requires both technical fluency and commercial discipline — understanding what vendors are actually delivering, not just what they are promising.

  • Governance should produce measurable outcomes, not just documentation.

What I am looking for

  • Product Manager and Digital Transformation Programme Manager roles across UAE enterprises — banking, financial services, government, and commercial sectors

  • Regulated industry digital programmes requiring structured governance, vendor coordination, and POC-to-enterprise delivery leadership

  • Cross-functional delivery roles spanning ADNOC ecosystem, UAE banking, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives

  • Organisations building governed AI-enabled workflows where structured programme management and stakeholder accountability are critical

Want to work together?

If you are leading digital transformation, AI adoption, or programme delivery initiatives in the UAE — banking, financial services, government, or enterprise — I welcome a direct conversation about Product Manager and Programme Manager roles.
